Requirements:

• MS/DNB in Ophthalmology with a Phaco fellowship 

• Extensive experience in Phacoemulsification (Phaco) and Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS)

• Proficiency in managing surgical complications effectively

• Strong clinical acumen and surgical skills

• Dedication to academic pursuits and contribution to the field of ophthalmology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform Phacoemulsification and SICS surgeries with precision and expertise

• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for cataract patients

• Diagnose and treat eye conditions, providing comprehensive clinical care

• Actively participate in academic activities including teaching and research

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
