The best of teachers , our respected head of the institution Dr. Ramesh Kumar Agarwalla Sir, Dr Isha Ma’am, Dr Shilpa Ghosh Ma’am guide us in the best possible way and are approachable at all times. It has been one of my most gratifying experiences to be their student. Rest assured that the institution offers an extensive amount of clinical knowledge and surgical experience, leaving no room for doubt. I have been associated with Drishti Netralaya since September 2023 for three months of SICS training. Following this, I joined as a long-term fellow for Phacoemulsification training. My mentor Dr Isha is a surgeon par excellence, understands the difficulties of a beginner, is a patient and understanding teacher and a great human being. The work environment is really nice, and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. I am elated to be a part of Drishti Netralaya and its continuous service to provide “ The Gift of Sight”.

I had joined Drishti Netralaya on the 1st of March as a short-term Phaco trainee. It’s been 2 months and my experience is no less than astounding!
My mentor Dr Isha Agrawalla madam is an excellent surgeon, knows the struggles of a beginner, excels at teaching the nuances of surgeries and yet is a very humble person. I was fortunate to receive Dr RK Agrawalla sir’s tips from his 35+ years of ginormous ophthalmic experience.
The work environment is pleasant and the staff is very prompt and helpful.
